The procedure before the European Handball Court of Arbitration: clarity and flexibility

The procedure before the European Handball Court of Arbitration has been organised in the simplest possible way to facilitate the access to the Court and to the arbitrators to the parties concerned as well as to offer the ECA arbitrators the possibility to adapt the practical aspects of the proceedings to the characteristics and necessity of the cases. 

A lot of flexibility has been built into the handling of disputes by the European Handball Court of Arbitration to answer the specific needs of handball/ sport related disputes settlement.
